Our Shared Vision
Friendship - we encourage our children to support one another and show kindness and respect to everyone in our community
Resilience – we encourage our children to take (calculated) risks and to persevere when faced with challenging situations, seeing mistakes as learning opportunities
Independence – we provide opportunities for our children to build their confidence and self-esteem
Teamwork – we build positive partnerships through collaboration and communication between children, staff, families and the local community
Honesty – we show our children the value in being open and honest and taking responsibility for their actions
Welcome - Our Vision and Values
We would like to extend a very warm welcome to you from everyone at Frith Manor Primary School and Little Acorns Nursery.
We pride ourselves on bringing to life a strong set of Values bonded together by a Shared Vision which underpins everything we do.
We understand every child is an individual and aim to make the Frith Manor environment one which enables all our children to flourish and succeed.
We believe it is by working in partnership with parents and carers that will ensure the best outcomes for our children.
We have also embraced UNICEF’s 'Convention on the Rights of the Child' which sets out a moral code for developing ‘Rights and Responsibilities' for everyone within the school to share - read more here: Rights Respecting School - UNICEF.
