4LS Science Observation – Melting Chocolate

4LS enjoyed a morning of Science fun! – The class had to investigate the melting points

of different chocolates and find out which one would melt the slowest and fastest. They

discovered that there was a link between the amount of fat in the chocolate and how slowly

it melted. Although the class were tempted they managed to do their work and… keep their

hands off the chocolate! They could also see for themselves how solid turned into liquids by applying heat. Good fun and learning was had by all.
